EasyHours is Rietveld’s software for automated time and expense processing.

The application automatically processes trip data, working hours, premiums, and allowances into a complete payroll run. The necessary data is collected directly from the Efficio onboard computer and combined with information from EasyTrack. This creates a reliable and largely automated payroll processing system.

Yes. EasyHours automatically generates exports that can easily be imported into payroll software or shared with your payroll processor.

Does EasyHours work with the Efficio onboard computer?

Yes. Trip data is automatically retrieved from the Efficio onboard computer and processed in the payroll run.
