Our software products, including EasyTrack, EasyDrive, and Efficio, process vehicle data and support customers in areas such as fleet management, trip logging, and data-driven operations.

As a Software Developer intern, you’ll be part of our development team. Under the guidance of an experienced developer, you’ll work on a clearly defined development or research project that aligns with your academic background and learning goals.

During your internship, you’ll become familiar with our products, existing code, development methodologies, and technical environment. You’ll learn how professional software is developed, tested, documented, and improved step by step. You’ll also have the opportunity to ask questions, discover new techniques, and apply your knowledge directly in practice.

What will you do as a Software Developer intern?

Depending on your degree program, interests, and internship assignment, you’ll be working on:

• Carrying out a defined development or research assignment.
• Contributing to software for our vehicle management and telematics solutions.
• Familiarizing yourself with existing applications, code, and development standards.
• Developing simple software functionalities under supervision.
• Assisting with software testing and documentation.
• Analyzing and resolving straightforward technical problems.
• Work with version control, development tools, and our test environment.
• Contributing ideas for practical improvements within your assignment.
• Presenting and documenting the results of your internship.

Your tasks will be tailored to your level of knowledge. You’ll receive regular guidance and feedback, and you won’t be solely responsible for business-critical software or production environments.

Who are we looking for?

You recognize yourself in the following profile:

• You are enrolled in an MBO or HBO program in Software Development, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• You have a basic understanding of programming and software development gained through your studies.
• You’re interested in areas such as C#, .NET, TypeScript, databases, APIs, cloud technology, or mobile applications.
• You enjoy exploring and understanding existing software.
• You’re curious and enjoy mastering new technologies.
• You work meticulously and aren’t afraid to ask questions.
• You’re a good team player and open to feedback.
• You are fluent in Dutch and can read technical information in English.
• An interest in vehicles, telematics, fleet management, or data-driven applications is a plus, but not a requirement.
